As we know, multiple users can be added to your clients’ platforms, wherein those users are delegated different rights that unlock different functions.

Let's take a look at the different delegations/ rights and what they do. Be sure to give all the necessary rights that are linked to the tasks the user will be performing.

  1. Dashboard- If a user is given the rights to the dashboard, when they log into the platform they will be able to access the dashboard and view orders and the roster for those orders. However, if the user isn’t given certain other rights along with “dashboard”, they won’t be able to perform tasks like placing orders, assigning candidates or approving timesheets etc.

  2. Weekly Schedule tab - Users with weekly schedule rights can utilize this tab to summarize and edit schedules/shifts.

  3. Private Team- Private team rights give access to the list of candidates who are preferred to work a particular job. These candidates may have worked for the client before and were rated very highly by them.

  4. New Order - New order rights give users the ability to place orders on the platform.

  5. History - History rights give access to view the bill rate for all past orders as well as the roster. They will also see the total timesheets of candidates who had completed shifts and submitted their timesheets; as well as the timesheets’ calculated total.

  6. Timesheet Approval - Timesheet approval rights enable users to approve timesheets when they have been submitted by candidates. Within the timesheet approval/ Hour approval tab, users are able to see all pending timesheets, disputed timesheets, rejected timesheets and those that have already been approved.

  7. Applications - Application rights give access to account settings. This user would be able to update password, email and would also have the right to delete the account.

  8. Financials - Financials gives access to the Invoicing and accounting tab or Payments tab as some platforms would have it. This user would have the ability to update the payment method on file, and view all outstanding and past invoices.

NB: A user can have only one, all or a mix of different rights.
