Your Internal team can utilize the Weekly Schedule tab to summarize and edit schedules/shifts. It allows for a more user friendly experience that takes into consideration shifts being filled from a position based view, as well as a candidate based view.

If we navigate to the Weekly Schedule tab, we’re able to see all shift assignments. We can see the time slots for each shift, the job title or position being filled, and the date of every shift. We also have the ability to zoom in on a particular shift’s information, for example, we want to view the number of CNA’s or Servers we have for a specific shift. Let’s take a look at how we’d be able to have a close up of this information.

At the top right hand side of the page, there’s an icon that allows us to “view and edit schedules”. This is the first icon displayed and it’s represented by two arrows facing each other. If we hover over this icon, it will also reveal its function. Once we click on it, we will then have the ability to view and customize the scheduling/ shift information. This includes being able to edit, increase or decrease the number of candidates a client needs to fill a particular shift. After editing any information, hit the refresh button and we’re all set.
