Private teams are a great way to ensure that your clients get the best staff possible. Adding staff to a client's private team will give them priority for notifications and the platform's recommendations for this client and job type.
There are three ways a candidate could be added to a client's private team.
Client rating candidates: When a client rates a candidate, they would be added to their private team. If the rating is above 3 stars (6 points), then they become part of the preferred candidates. If the rating is below 2.5 stars (5 point), then they would be deferred for that client. To learn more about ratings check out this article.
Manually adding candidates to client's private team: Going to a client's profile, scrolling down to Private team and clicking on the Add button, will allow you to search and add any candidate to a client's private team.
Client rating candidate on portfolio: If you have a portfolio mapped to a client and job type, you can use this option. While the Call to Action is an option to rate the candidates, those ratings would feed directly into the client's private team.
