Every candidate on your platform will have the following profile for admins to view. Let's take a look at everything you can do here!

Once inside the candidate's profile, you will see that their profile picture has 6 icons on the top left. These will allow you to enter and access the candidate's view of the platform as though you are logged in as them.

The first icon, which says "Edit Picture" if you hover over it, will take you into the candidate's onboarding process, or profile setup. So, here you could update the candidate's address, phone number, add work experience, or change the answer to a question asked on an onboarding form.

The folder icon will show you the opportunities that that candidate is seeing when they log into their platform! Check out this article to review how to troubleshoot why a candidate may not be seeing opportunities.

The calendar shows you their schedule. You can review all the information that a candidate is seeing, as well as confirm, check in/out, or access the resolution center on behalf of that candidate.

The i icon will take you into the candidate's view of their pending shifts--shifts they have declined, or that they have applied to but have not yet been assigned. You can take action here if needed, un-declining a shift, for example, if it was done by accident.

The toggle icon, which says "View Availability" if you hover over it, allows you to view the dates that a candidate may have blocked off on their calendar, as well as block of time on a candidates behalf. You can read more about managing availability here.

Last--but certainly not least--is the all important globe icon. Clicking on this will allow you to see what notifications a candidate has received, and when.

We hope this allows you to better understand all the things you can do as an admin. We know that sometimes things happen--phones die, people get locked out of their email accounts. But you can help your candidates still have a great experience on your platform!
