The Resolution Center

The resolution center will be available to candidates prior or during an ongoing short term shift (for now). This will be a one-stop shop for candidates to get any help they need in regards to a specific shift.

Here’s how it works:

When a candidate is reviewing their schedule, they see two options--to reconfirm or an option of your choosing (yup, the text for this other button is totally customizable! We recommend something like “Help,” “More Info,” or something similar).

Clicking the other option will take them inside the resolution center, which provides candidates with any critical information they are looking for, such as directions, on-site contact, and post-hire instructions. Should they still have a question about something, they can immediately send a message to the client or to an admin.

It is within the resolution center that the candidate will be able to cancel the shift, though there are several features that Wolf hopes will now make that less likely:

  • Admins can enter their cancellation policy in rich text (bold, italicized, bulleted lists), so the consequences of cancellation are explicitly clear

  • A candidate must provide a written explanation for why they are cancelling

We also know that in order to really prevent cancellations, you’ll want to know if someone is thinking about it! That’s why if a candidate starts the process of cancelling, but does not submit, a warning icon will appear next to their name on the mission page. You can then quickly follow up with them and resolve any potential issue.

A candidate can also provide an update that they are running late. This too will show a warning icon next to their name on the mission page, whether or not they have pressed submit, so that you can follow up if needed and have relevant information on hand.

As of now, the platform will not communicate or share any of this information with the client.

The video below walks through how your candidates will experience the resolution center.
