The monthly schedule feature gives you and your clients the ability to effortlessly create schedules for an entire month. This feature not only saves time but also minimizes labor associated with creating multiple schedules.

One of the key advantages of the monthly schedule feature is its ability to provide users with a comprehensive view of upcoming shifts, transitioning from the traditional weekly perspective to a broader monthly outlook. This feature allows for better long-term planning and coordination for users who are already accustomed to managing their workforce needs on a monthly basis.

Creating a Monthly Schedule:

Accessing the Schedules Tab:

  • To initiate the process, navigate to the Schedules tab, which is the third tab on your admin dashboard.

Selecting Client and Schedule:

  • Within the Schedules view, utilize the dropdown menus to select the specific client (option for admins only) and choose from existing schedules or create a new one.

Creating a New Schedule:

  • To create a new schedule, click on the plus sign. Here, you'll be prompted to fill in essential details such as the job's address (if physical presence is required), select the client (option for admins only), provide a title, describe job specifics, and configure break settings if enabled.

Saving the Schedule:

  • After inputting the necessary information, simply hit "Save schedule." The client's name and schedule title will then be readily accessible in the dropdown menus, ensuring clarity and ease of reference.

Navigating Views:

  • You have the ability to switch between weekly and monthly schedule views, conveniently located at the top right-hand corner of the screen. This functionality allows users to adapt their viewing preferences according to their needs.

Adding Shift Details:

Once the schedule is created, proceed to add the necessary shift details (job type, time of shift, number of jobseekers needed, etc), ensuring comprehensive coverage and clarity for candidates, clients, and admin users alike.

NB: In the Orders tab, a new order will be generated for each week that the schedules are run.

In conclusion, the monthly schedule feature represents a significant step forward in optimizing scheduling processes. By providing a user-friendly interface, comprehensive views, and intuitive functionalities, this feature empowers administrators and clients alike to efficiently manage scheduling tasks.
