Flexibility and efficiency are paramount when it comes on to staffing. Your internal team may find that creating schedules for candidates, rather than managing orders, offers quite an adaptable and organized approach that may suit your event needs. This invaluable feature is accessible on both your admin and client platforms, revolutionizing the way you handle staffing needs.
So, what sets creating schedules apart from the traditional order management system? Let's dive into the key distinctions that make scheduling a game-changer:
Versatility in Job Types and Timing:
Schedules: With schedules, you have the freedom to accommodate multiple job types and an array of dates and times, catering to your client's dynamic requirements.
Orders: In contrast, the traditional order system limits you to a single job type per order and confines the scheduling of dates and times.

Once activated, here's a step-by-step guide on how to create schedules seamlessly within the platform:
Login and navigate to your dashboard.
Click on the "Schedules" tab, which is the third tab on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
In the Schedules view, you'll find a dropdown menu to select a specific client and another for choosing an existing schedule or creating a new one.
Easily manage past and future schedules by using the arrow buttons to navigate to the relevant dates.
To create a new schedule, click on "New Schedule" to start the process.
Fill in essential information such as the job's address (if physical presence is required), select the client, provide a title, describe job specifics, and configure break settings.
After inputting the required information, hit "Save schedule”. The client's name and schedule title will appear in the dropdown menus above, ensuring clarity in your viewing.
Adding shift details:
To input schedules, click the plus sign within "Shift Duration." The start and end times will be auto-generated but can be adjusted to your preferences.
After adding this information, click "Add" to save the entry. Specify the job type and the number of positions needed for each day.
Once all relevant information is provided, hit "Save schedule." You can add candidates to the shift by clicking on the headcount icon and include additional positions with the plus (+) sign.
Notably, your clients will enjoy the same view and capabilities as you do on the admin platform, ensuring seamless collaboration and transparent workforce management.
Incorporating scheduling into your staffing strategy can enhance your ability to meet dynamic client needs while maintaining organization and efficiency. It's a powerful tool that allows you to stay agile and responsive in a rapidly changing environment.
