If you're making use of our platform's referral program, this article is designed to offer an in-depth understanding of the program's nuances and shed light on the essential elements that define a successful referral. For a step-by-step guide on setting up the program, refer to this accompanying article.

If you navigate to Marketing → Referral program, you will notice that there are three different access tabs, each serving a unique purpose:

  1. All Affiliates- The 'All Affiliates' tab functions as a comprehensive directory, presenting a list of all candidates and clients actively participating in the referral program. When a candidate or client enrolls in the program, they receive a personalized link. This unique link serves as a gateway for them to introduce others to the platform.

  2. All referrals- The 'All Referrals' tab provides a record of every referral made within the program. It details the referred candidate's name, the referring candidate's name, and the payout status of the referring candidate. As users register via the unique link provided by the affiliate, whether as a client placing an order or a candidate becoming authorized and fulfilling shifts, they will appear in the “All Referrals” page.

  3. Successful Referrals: The 'Successful Referrals' tab is the pinnacle of achievement within the program. Here, you'll find a curated list of referrals that have culminated in success. Being featured on successful referrals means that — for a referred candidate, they have applied for shifts, successfully filled those shifts and have submitted timesheets where at least one has been approved.

For a client, it is that they have placed an order that has a submitted and approved timesheet. For the affiliate who referred those successful users, you will also be able to see the associated payouts for the referrals.
