A candidate referral program is both beneficial to your platform and to candidates. It encourages growth, creates a new channel for engagement and it financially incentivizes your candidates so that they feel motivated to share the platform with others.
Candidate referral program is only available for certain tiers. If you would like to have this feature set up, please contact a member of the WOLF team.
There are, however, some configurations that WOLF will need to know to enable the referral program.
Here’s a list of all that’s needed to get the ball rolling.
How much compensation would you like to offer for the referral?
Share an image of the background you would like to use for the referral program. (awaiting participation image), ie before engagement.

4. Share referral Program meta image, the branded image that will appear when a candidate shares the platform.

Once the referral program is set up, a Referral Program tab will appear on the candidate’s dashboard. Candidates can click this tab to apply to join the program. After a candidate submits their application, an admin can review it by navigating to the Marketing tab from their dashboard and selecting Referral Program. The admin will need to approve the application—after clicking Approve, be sure to refresh the page. Once approved, the candidate will be able to access their unique referral link directly from the Referral Program tab on their dashboard.
