Let's take a look at how you can manually charge clients!

If you are on WOLF’s Fintech System:

  • From your dashboard navigate to Accounting → Invoices, the system will take you to the "Finalized Invoices" section by default, where all your completed invoices reside. To access draft invoices or invoices pending categorization, you will need to click on their respective tabs.

  • All client invoices that were automatically generated can be found within Draft invoices. To be able to charge the client for the invoice, you will need to finalize the draft invoice by clicking on the check mark. If you hover over the icons it will reveal their function.

Your Internal team also has the ability to re-map a line item to a different invoice from within draft invoices. To do this, click on the select dropdown under the tab that is labeled Map, and choose the invoice you want to map that item to.

  • You can edit invoices to add custom notes/comments or even change the title of the invoice. To do this, click on the preview and edit icon, scroll to the bottom of the invoice and proceed to make the necessary updates.

  • After making the necessary adjustments, you can proceed to finalize the invoice. To do this, just click on the dollar sign to charge the client. For more information on the invoicing system, see this article.

NB- No further action can be taken once an invoice is finalized.

If you are on WOLF’s Legacy system, see this article on how to charge clients.
