Being a business, you will obviously need to make some money! So how do you go about charging your clients?
There are several ways you can do this on the platform:
From the client's profile
From your dashboard, click on Clients and then select the client to view their profile by clicking on View Profile.
On the client's profile, you need to click on the Take Action button which will open a menu.
Click on Charge/Pay.
On the page that opens, there will now be the options to add an accounting entry:
Select the Account Type from the drop-down box, and add the amount in the Amount box.
Select the appropriate Action - Paid offline if it is a bank transfer, Add it to next invoice, or Record and charge now if the client has a credit card connected on the platform.
You can add Notes to the invoice if the client is paying by credit card.
Click on Send to send this invoice and charge the client.

From the Accounting menu:
From your dashboard click on the Accounting menu and click on Charge clients.
Here you will be able to see invoices for your clients and you can charge a client by clicking on the Charge button--this will either charge the credit card or ACH account.
You can also do a custom charge, if for example you need to charge a client for parking fees or other miscellaneous expenses. You do this by clicking on the Custom Charge button.
