If you would like to hide shifts that have already been filled from your candidates you can!

By default, we allow candidates to see and apply to shifts that have already been filled, if they were sent a notification before that shift was filled. For more information, see this article.

If you enable this feature, the candidate would not see the opportunity whether or not they were notified before it was filled. That opportunity would be removed from their opportunities list.

You also have the option to indicate that the shift has already been filled on the opportunity. If you choose to enable this, there will be a written indication that the shift has already been filled, however, the candidate could still apply.
