If a candidate was notified for a job order before it was filled, then they will be able to apply and have access to that order.

For the platform, it is important to allow this, so that should someone drop out, an extra shift be added, or so on, the candidate can quickly be replaced or shift be filled.

That said, the platform does visually indicate that the shift/order is full.
