To view all proposals for any client, navigate to their profile, click on the Take Action dropdown and then Proposals. If a client has proposals for future orders that are submitted or enqueued, you will be able to see all those proposals!
If all orders have been grouped into one proposal, you will see only one proposal. However, if there are customized proposals, you will see both grouped and customized proposals by clicking on this tab.
If a client does not have any submitted/ enqueued proposals for future orders, then they will see a message that there are currently no proposals for future orders.
If you would like to review or resend a proposal while the order is live, you can do just that from within the order or the order’s preview. For more information, see this article.
Please bear in mind that a proposal has to be created/ submitted for it to be registered in the system, and for you to be able to access it. If no proposal was created, then you will not be able to access it anywhere on the platform.
