If your Internal team would like to re-send clients their proposal and are unsure how to do this after the order has gone live, stay tuned!
To generate the proposal is as easy as locating the order and ensuring you’re on the tab that says “View Order”. To the right side of the order, you will see “billing details”, next to billing details are three dots; if you click on these dots you'll see the options to “Review Proposal” and to “Send Proposal”.
You can also send and review proposal from the order's preview icon that's represented by an eyeball.
