Invoices can be managed/organized by grouping them. Grouping invoices helps your team consolidate multiple orders from a particular client into a single transaction which can be paid by one of multiple payment methods a client can have on file. This allows for greater flexibility in serving and meeting the expectations of your clients for how and when they receive invoices.

For more information on grouping invoices, see this article. Invoices can also appear organized within WOLF’s updated invoicing system. An invoice may be Pending categorization, a Draft, or Finalized.
