Your clients may want to share some feedback about candidates who have filled shifts for orders placed on your platform. They have the ability to rate and review these candidates’ performance from their client dashboard.
If the feedback is negative and clients leave a low rating, this candidate will automatically be added to that client’s not recommended list. However, If the client expresses negative feedback to your Internal team outside of the platform, then you could add that candidate to the client’s non recommended list on their behalf.
For clients to rate and review candidates from their dashboard, there’s a quick and easy option to the right hand corner of the dashboard to do so. Clients also get a reminder to rate and review candidates via their email.
If your internal wishes to review ratings of candidates, they can do so within the rating report. If they navigate to Reports → Ratings, they will notice that they also have the ability to make updates from there.
