If you get a client who does not want to work with a certain candidate, you can arrange for that person to not be recommended for that job type for that specific client again. Follow these steps to manually mark them as not recommended.

  1. Go to the clients profile

  2. Scroll down to where you see Private Team> View Not Recommended

  3. Click on Not Recommended

  4. Click the Plus sign in the circle by refresh

  5. Search for the candidate’s name where it says Select Candidate

  6. The candidate will auto populate in the area below and you can then select a rating of (1) for that candidate and the job type they are not recommended for.

After giving the candidate in question a 1 rating, and clicking update, you will see the candidate has been added to your (Not Recommended) list.

For example, Jhon Doe was given a rating of 1 above for the position of RN and now he appears as a (half-star) rated candidate below, meaning he will not be recommended in the future for this client and positon.

If your client instead wants someone to be highly recommended next time, you can repeat the same process but this time select a full 5 star rating for them. Your platform will now recognize the candidate is highly recommended for this job type for this client.

Please note that the candidates will not receive any notification that this happens as this process is for internal information only. Only you and your client will know the rating of the candidate.

If your client gives the candidate a low star rating from their platform themselves, it has the same effect. That candidate will not be recommended in the future.
