Understanding Timesheets

After a candidate has completed their shift, your internal team may have a need to review that timesheet, in order to identify any human errors or inefficiencies. This will allow for amendment and approval with complete confidence in its accuracy. Let’s take a look at the different aspects of timesheets on the platform.

Viewing Specific Timesheet Submission

Your Internal team can view if a specific timesheet has been submitted. This can be seen from "Mission -> Wholesome View" or from the order itself.

Approving Timesheets

As we know, sometimes human errors such as forgetting to check in or check out at the right time happens; and for that reason we need to ensure the accuracy of timesheets and adjust them accordingly.

  • Approving Timesheets from Hour Approvals:

From your dashboard, navigate to the Accounting tab -> Hour Approvals, and locate the order that needs to be adjusted. Under each order we can see a timesheet/s to the right of the candidate name. If we click on the timesheet, a broader view will appear and we'll have the ability to adjust it should there be a need. If there isn’t a need, the Approve button can also be found immediately below the candidate's image, one click and that candidate’s timesheet has been approved.

  • Approving Timesheets from Orders:

From your dashboard, navigate to Orders and locate the order --> View --> “Hired” tab. From there, your internal team is able to see all candidates who have worked and their timesheets. To view the timesheet in full to ensure accuracy before approving, click on the “Info” tab. If there isn’t a need to take a closer look, we can just click Approve as the action without expanding the timesheet.

Getting Reports of Timesheets for Payroll

Your Internal team can access a variety of reports on the platform from the reports tab. If you have the need to review timesheet reports, your internal team can navigate to the reports tab and select “Timesheets”. We have the option to filter timesheets should we need to review a specific period of time. We can also export the report as a csv file.

Configuring timesheet/ Invoice Payment by Pay Period

Your Internal team also has the option to group invoices by pay period, which means invoices will be paid within a certain time frame. We currently support weekly invoices (starts Mondays at 00:00 hours and ends Sunday at 11:59 pm). To enable this feature, navigate to Configuration -> Client Experience and then Invoicing and Billing.
