Getting candidates to sign up on your platform is only half the battle! Next you have to get them to stay with you.

While you don’t want just anyone to be allowed to work on the platform--hence your team working with the platform to rate and authorize for given job types, it’s important that new candidates can see that there really is action happening here!

The post signup jobseeker engagement feature allows just that. With this feature enabled, jobseekers will be able to see all the opportunities on your platform near them, even though they haven’t been authorized and marked as evaluated yet.

Now, you may be thinking, “It’s all well and good that new candidates can see these opportunities and know we’re legit...but I don’t want someone who dropped out of medical school after 1 semester to apply to a 6 month stint as an anesthesiologist!”

Well, while they would be able to apply, when you are assigning candidates to the order, they would be marked as “Not Authorized.” So, you can see clearly if you want to assign them or not.

Of course, once they have been authorized and marked as evaluated, then they would only be able to be notified for opportunities for those given job types.
