🧭 Custom Navigation Bar for Console

The Custom Navigation Bar feature allows you to tailor the admin sidebar menu to better align with your workflow. By configuring what sections appear—and how they’re labeled—you can create a more streamlined and efficient navigation experience for your team.

⚠️ Note: This feature is currently in beta, so functionality may continue to evolve.

🔍 How to Access the Feature

To enable this feature, please reach out to a member of the WOLF team. Once it has been activated for your account, you can access it by navigating to:

⚙️ What You Can Customize

Once enabled, you’ll have control over how your sidebar is structured:

  • Toggle Sections and Tabs
    Show or hide specific sections based on your needs

  • Rename Labels
    Customize the names of sections and tabs for clarity or internal terminology

This flexibility allows you to prioritize the tools and views your team uses most.

📌 Fixed Navigation Elements

Some items remain static to ensure consistent access:

  • Dashboard (Overview) – Always set as the home page

  • Reports, Configuration, Support, and Logout – Always displayed at the bottom of the sidebar

🆕 New Views Available

The custom navigation includes access to several new views designed to improve visibility and workflow management:

  • Reports

    • Demand (Clients)

    • Supply Insights (Workforce)

  • Needs Attention

    • Shifts requiring action

  • Applicants

    • For both shifts and contract jobs

🌟 Modernized Views

You’ll also find updated, more modern interfaces for key areas:

  • Workforce

    • Note: The default Workforce view requires the use of Markets

  • Clients

These refreshed views are designed to enhance usability and provide a cleaner, more intuitive experience.


💾 Saving Your Changes

After making your customizations:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page

  2. Click Save Navigation Config

  3. Refresh the page

Be sure to save your changes to apply the updated navigation across your console.
