Invoices often carry extensive details, which oftentimes make for lengthy documents. With the ability to aggregate invoices based on different criteria, both you and your clients can view consolidated invoices that best fit your needs.

Let's explore how this feature works and how it can benefit your operations.

Aggregating by Workforce:

One of the most valuable ways of aggregating invoices is per jobseeker. This functionality is particularly useful in scenarios where multiple candidates have worked a number of shifts that are on a single invoice. By aggregating invoices per jobseeker, you can gain visibility into individual candidates total hours worked, while also reducing the length of the invoice.

To use this feature, just click on "None" at the top right corner of the invoice, then choose "Workforce."

Aggregating by Job Type:

Another powerful aggregation option available for invoices is the ability to do so by job type.

  • When shifts for various job types are consolidated onto a single invoice, selecting the job type aggregation option will organize items to emphasize the total hours worked for each specific job type.

Aggregating by Start Date:

The final aggregation option currently available is by start date.

  • This feature aggregates hours worked per start date, presenting them in the order they occurred.

Default Filter Setting:

  • It's important to note that the default filter setting for invoices is "none." This means that if you do not wish to apply any specific filters, you can simply leave the setting as is.
