Hiring multiple candidates at once can be a game-changer for staffing companies looking to streamline their recruitment process. Whether you’re working from the Mission view, directly within an order or Schedules (if enabled), leveraging the bulk adding and hiring feature can save you time and effort. Here's how you can make the most of this functionality:

Mission View:

When working within the Mission view, the process is straightforward:

1. Assign Someone: Navigate to the Mission view and click on the "Assign Someone" option.

2. Add Candidate: Select "Add Candidate," where you'll have the option to input multiple candidates simultaneously.

3. Choose Status: You can designate these candidates as either "Applicants" or directly hire them for the position by selecting the respective option.

Orders:

Similarly, if you're managing your hiring process through the Order tab, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Hired Tab: Make sure you're under the "Hired" tab within the Order view.

2. Follow Mission View Steps: Once in the "Hired" tab, you can follow the same steps outlined above for the Mission view to bulk add or hire candidates efficiently.

Schedules:

The Schedules feature also offers functionality for bulk adding and hiring candidates:

  • Navigate to the Schedules calendar view within your platform.

  • Click on the relevant job type to open the side view.

  • Within the side view, you'll find options to add and hire candidates.

  • Utilize the same instructions as outlined above to bulk add or hire candidates seamlessly.

NB: Schedules feature has to be enabled.

In conclusion, leveraging the bulk adding and hiring feature within your recruitment process can significantly enhance efficiency and productivity.
