Removing Post Check Out Questions: A Simple Guide

Post check out (timesheet) questions can be a valuable tool for gathering essential information from candidates after they’ve completed a shift. However, there may come a time when you need to remove a post check out question. Whether it's a change in your business requirements or simply streamlining your checkout process, the process of removing a post check out question is straightforward. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you through it:

Step 1: The first step is to access the configuration settings.

Step 2: Within the configuration settings, locate the "Services or Job Types" section. This is where you can manage different types of services offered or job types.

Step 3: Identify the job type that has the post check out question you wish to remove. Click on the "Update" option next to the respective job type. This will allow you to make changes to its settings.

Step 4: Once you've accessed the settings for the selected job type, navigate to the "Order Form" tab. Here, you'll find all the elements related to the order form, including any post check out questions that have been added.

Step 5: Within the order form tab, locate the post check out question that you want to remove. You'll see an "X" icon attached to each question, indicating the ability to delete it. Click on this icon to remove the question.

Step 6: After removing the post check out question, ensure that you save your modifications. Look for the "Submit" button, located at the bottom of the page. Click on this button to confirm your changes and update the job type settings.

Instructions for Removing Post Check Out Question for All Job Types:

Step 1: Begin by navigating to the Configuration menu.

Step 2: Access the section titled "Custom Fields and Data."

Step 3: Within the Fields tab, search for the Post Check Out Question and select "Update."

Step 4: On the right side of the screen, locate the option to deactivate the question for all job types and toggle it to "false."
