The Supplementary Payments System (SPS) feature allows your Internal team to seamlessly manage direct payments such as bonuses, reimbursements, and tips through the platform for clients and candidates alike, minimizing the need for manual intervention and streamlining the payment process.

Example: For instance, if a client wishes to give a worker a $20 tip, you can utilize SPS to effortlessly add the $20 payment to the worker and a corresponding $20 charge to the client directly from the timesheet. This streamlines the process, eliminating the need to navigate to each account separately for transactions.

Please reach out to a member of the WOLF team via Intercom or help@fromwolf.com if you wish to add this feature. Once it has been added to your platform, you can navigate to Configuration, Business setup and access the Supplemental Payments tab. Within this designated payments section, your team has the flexibility to activate or deactivate the feature according to their needs. Furthermore, you can easily create new supplemental payments by selecting the "New Supplemental Payment" option. If there are already existing supplemental payments set up, the platform offers the capability to edit these payments, make necessary adjustments, and save changes accordingly.

Common scenarios where the Supplementary Payments System proves invaluable include:

  • Manual Bonus Payments: In instances where a client wishes to reward exceptional performance or acknowledge outstanding contributions, your Internal team can efficiently process bonus payments on both ends through the platform.

  • Reimbursement Handling: For candidates incurring expenses related to their work, such as travel or materials, the platform facilitates seamless reimbursement handling. Separate entries are created for each transaction, providing clarity and transparency in expense management.

  • Tips: Recognizing the exceptional service provided by candidates, clients have the option to express their appreciation through tips. Whether it's a token of gratitude for exceptional service or a gesture of acknowledgment for going above and beyond, the Supplementary Payments System enables clients to easily allocate tips to deserving candidates.

In summary, the Supplementary Payments System offers unprecedented control and flexibility in managing supplementary payments. By automating processes and enhancing transparency, this feature streamlines operations and enriches the overall user experience for both clients and candidates alike.
