Updating Candidate Information: A Quick Guide

At times, candidates may find it necessary to revisit and update their information. This could involve supplying additional credentials or refining previously entered details to ensure accuracy and relevance. Whatever the reason, the process is straightforward.

To update their information, candidates can follow these simple steps:

  1. Access Account Settings: Candidates should log in to their account on the respective platform and access the Settings tab.

  2. Select Profile: Within the account settings, candidates should locate the "Profile" section. This is where all their personal and professional information is stored.

  3. Edit Information: Once in the Profile section, candidates will find various edit options corresponding to different sections of their profile, such as education, work experience, skills, etc.

  4. Make Adjustments: Candidates can click on the specific edit option related to the information they wish to update. For example, if they need to add a new qualification, they would select the edit icon next to the " Education" option. Similarly, if they want to refine their work experience details, they would choose the edit button next to the " Experience" option, and so on.

  5. Hamburger Menu: Once candidates have accessed the edit view, they'll spot a convenient hamburger menu nestled in the lower right corner of the page. This icon serves as your gateway to seamlessly navigate through various sections of the onboarding process, which enhances user experience with effortless exploration.

Candidates can update their information by following the instructions below:

  1. Click on the 'More' icon located at the bottom right of the screen.

  2. Select 'View Profile and Preferences', located directly below their name.

  3. Choose the category they wish to update, such as Personal Information Credentials or any other category available to them based on your company’s requirements.

  4. Proceed to make the necessary updates within the selected category.

By following these steps, candidates can ensure that their profile remains accurate and up-to-date, thereby increasing their chances of presenting themselves effectively to potential employers.
