Instances may arise where candidates encounter difficulties checking in or out. This may be due to faulty internet, issues with location services, etc. It's essential to have protocols in place to address such scenarios. In such cases, Admins or clients can step in and perform the check-in/out process on behalf of the candidate. Here's how:

For Admins:

  1. Navigate to the Mission Wholesome View: First, confirm that you're on the correct date within the Mission page. If you need to access a different date, simply click on the filter option, ensure the timeline is accurately set, and then select the desired date for check-in/check-out.

  2. Locate Candidate: Identify the candidate for whom you need to perform the check-in/out process.

  3. Initiate Check-In/Out: Locate the check-in/check-out option adjacent to the candidate's name and click on it. This action will facilitate the process on behalf of the candidate seamlessly.

Alternatively, Admins can also perform this task from within the order. Simply navigate to the Hired tab and select the option to check in/out for the respective candidate.

For Clients:

  1. Access Orders Hired Tab: If enabled by the Admin team, clients can log in to the platform and navigate to the Orders Hired tab.

  2. Identify Candidate: Locate the candidate for whom you need to facilitate the check-in/out process.

  3. Initiate Check-In/Out: Similar to Admins, clients can click on the check-in/check-out option adjacent to the candidate's name.

Supervisor Sheet

If the Supervisor sheet feature is enabled on your platform and check-in/check-out is allowed within candidate details, clients will also have the capability to perform check-ins/check-outs on behalf of candidates directly from this interface.

By following these straightforward steps, both Admins and clients can effectively manage candidate check-in/out processes.
