The monthly calendar view of schedules offers a comprehensive snapshot of upcoming shifts for a given schedule, indicating their status - whether pending assignment, fully assigned, or partially assigned.

Understanding the Visual Cues

Red Highlights for Pending Assignment:

In the monthly calendar view, shifts that are pending assignment for that schedule are easily identifiable by a distinct red highlight. This visual cue serves as a quick indicator that the shift has not yet been filled and requires attention.

Green Highlights for Fully Assigned Shifts:

Conversely, a shift that has been successfully filled has a green highlight. This color change signifies complete assignment, assuring users that the shift has been appropriately assigned. So, in the event a single shift requires 3 candidates, green identifies that shift as having all 3 candidates assigned.

Partially Assigned Shifts

If assignments are only partially completed, half of the shift will be highlighted in a yellowish-orange hue. For instance, if a shift has two positions available but only one is filled, it will be highlighted in this color.

Editing Shifts

The calendar view also facilitates seamless editing of shifts. By simply clicking on a shift, users can access editing options, enabling them to make any necessary adjustments with ease.

In essence, the monthly schedule calendar view offers a straightforward method for differentiating between pending and assigned shifts. Unfilled shifts are marked with a red line indication, filled shifts are distinguished by a green line indication and partially filled shifts display a yellowish-orange indication. This clear distinction aids in maintaining organizational efficiency and ensuring that all necessary tasks are adequately covered.

When in the monthly schedule view, bear in mind that presently, this view only provides a breakdown specific to each schedule, rather than a unified overview of all schedules.
