Keeping your payment information up-to-date is essential for your platform to run uninterruptedly. If you need to update your payment details on file with WOLF, follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth process.

Step 1: Access Configuration Settings

To begin, log in to your admin platform and navigate to Configuration.

Step 2: Navigate to Advanced Configuration

Once in the Configuration settings, scroll down until you find the option for Advanced Configuration. Click on it to proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Select Platform Plan

Within the Advanced Configuration menu, locate and select the option for Platform Plan. This is where you'll manage your payment methods and preferences. If you are platform owner and are unable to see this configuration, please reach out to a member of the WOLF team.

Step 4: Manage Payment Methods

Once you've accessed the Platform Plan section, you'll see various options for managing your payment methods. Here's what you can do:

  • Add a New Payment Method: If you have a new credit card or bank account you'd like to use for payments, select the option to add a new payment method. Follow the prompts to input the necessary information securely. Please ensure that your bank whitelists Stripe for any new payment method you add. This will help ensure smooth transactions and prevent any potential issues.

  • Add a Second Payment Method: WOLF allows you to have two payment methods on file simultaneously. If you'd like to add a secondary payment method, you have the option to do so.

  • Edit Your Payment Method: Need to update the expiration date, billing address, or other details of your existing payment method? Select the option to edit your payment method and make the necessary changes.

  • Deactivate a Payment Method: If you no longer wish to use a particular payment method, you can deactivate it from your account. This will prevent future charges from being processed using that method.

Step 5: Set Default Payment Method

If you have more than one payment method on file, you'll need to designate one as the default payment method. This is the method that will be used for all transactions unless specified otherwise. To set or change your default payment method, simply select the option to do so within the Platform Plan settings.
