  1. Access the Pay Tab: Begin by logging into your account and navigating to the "Pay" tab. This tab serves as the central hub for all payroll-related activities.

  2. Select "Run Payroll": Once you're on the Pay tab, locate the option to "Run Payroll" and click on it. This action will initiate the payroll process.

  3. Choose Payroll Type: At this stage, you'll be prompted to select the type of payroll you wish to run. You can opt for either a "Regular Payroll" or an "Off-Cycle Payroll," depending on your specific requirements. Regardless of the type chosen, the process for updating your deposit method remains the same.

  4. Update Deposit Method: Before proceeding with running the payroll, it's essential to update the employee’s deposit method should it need to be changed. To do this, manually navigate to the designated section where deposit preferences are managed. This step ensures that your funds are directed to the correct account or payment method.

  5. Confirm Changes: After making the necessary updates to your deposit method, take a moment to review and confirm the changes. Double-checking ensures accuracy and minimizes the risk of any payment discrepancies.

  6. Complete Payroll Process: With your deposit method successfully updated, you can now proceed with running the payroll as usual or saving for later. Follow the prompts provided by the system to finalize the process and ensure timely payment to your employees.
