Whether it's a client account for offering jobs or a candidate account for offering labor, managing these accounts efficiently is crucial to your platform’s success. However, there are times when users become inactive, often due to life's various demands and distractions. Reactivating these inactive accounts can be a challenge, but not anymore. We've introduced a feature that makes reactivating inactive accounts a breeze.

Consider this common scenario: a candidate started their onboarding process a while ago, filled in some information, and then life got in the way. A few months later, they're enthusiastic about continuing their journey, only to find that accessing their account has become a roadblock. It's frustrating for users to be unable to pick up where they left off simply because they've been inactive for a period of time.

Recognizing this challenge, we've implemented a solution to help you, and your Internal team reactivate their accounts with ease.

Introducing Account Reactivation

This feature allows you to reactivate both candidate and client accounts seamlessly. Here's how it works:

  1. Log in to your admin dashboard and navigate to the "Registered Users Report"

  2. Enter the email address of the candidate or client whose account has gone inactive.

  3. Click "ACTIVE": Once you've found the inactive account, you'll notice a button that says "ACTIVE." Click on it. This simple action will initiate the reactivation process.

  4. Confirmation: After clicking "ACTIVE," the system will ask for confirmation. We want to ensure that you're reactivating the account for the right user. If you're certain about this reactivation, click "Continue."

  5. Account Reactivated: Once you've gone through these steps, the user's account will be active again. You'll notice that the "ACTIVE" button is no longer visible, signifying that the account has been successfully reactivated.

With the account reactivated, the user can now seamlessly log in using the same email address they previously used to create their account. All their data and progress will still be there, just as they left it.

In Conclusion-

Reactivating inactive accounts has never been easier. We've introduced this feature to provide a user-friendly solution for both admins and users. Now, users who wish to return to their onboarding process or clients who need access to their accounts after a hiatus can do so effortlessly.
