Mistakes happen, even when we're diligently organizing our schedules. Your client might find themselves in a situation where they've entered incorrect dates for an order that they haven't published yet. Not to worry โ€“ the process to rectify this is quick and easy. In this article, we'll guide you through the steps to update order dates before hitting that publish button.

1. Revert to the Schedule Tab

The first step in correcting shift dates is to navigate back to the schedule tab of the order you're working on. This is where you initially input the dates for the job.

2. Identify the Mistake

Take a moment to identify the incorrect dates that were initially entered. Ensure you unselect those dates before inputting the correct ones, in order to avoid repeating the same mistake.

3. Review and Confirm

Before finalizing the changes, take a moment to review the updated dates. Ensure they align with your intended schedule and that there are no lingering errors. Confirm that everything is correct.

4. Publish Order

After making the necessary adjustments, you can proceed with publishing the order.
