Canceling a shift can be done with ease! Here's a step-by-step guide to help you navigate through it:
Access the Order: Begin by opening the order you wish to make changes to. Ensure that you are on the "View Order" tab.
Select the Shift: If the order includes multiple shifts scheduled for different dates, and you want to cancel the shifts for a particular date, click on the edit pencil icon located next to the shift date you intend to cancel. You'll find this pencil icon on the right-hand side of the screen beneath the "Order Schedule" section.
Keep in mind that if there are multiple shifts scheduled for the same day within the order, canceling one shift will result in the cancellation of all shifts for that particular day.
Cancel the Shift: Clicking on the edit pencil will open a dropdown menu. From there, you can select the "Cancel" option to proceed with canceling the shift. Alternatively, you can also initiate this process from the "Hired" tab, depending on your preference.
Mission View: You can also perform these actions from the Mission View. Importantly, the process remains consistent across all views. Simply locate the pencil icon under the "Action" column and proceed to either cancel the shift or replace the candidate as needed.
In cases where candidates have already been assigned to shifts you wish to cancel, you have the option to cancel that shift by selecting the "Request Replacement" option. Here, you can specify the circumstances leading to the replacement, such as whether it was requested by the client or initiated by the candidate themselves. Once you've made your selection, click "Choose Replacement" then βCancelβ. This action will only affect the shift for that specific candidate, other shifts would not be affected.
