Long-term orders provide a seamless solution for managing recurring event needs that extend beyond a typical three-week span. Unlike short-term, long-term orders entail sustained commitments with the same individual filling each shift throughout the order's duration. This distinct characteristic makes long-term orders invaluable for organizations requiring consistency and reliability in their staffing.
Managing Long-Term Orders
When a long-term order is placed and the time comes to hire a candidate, you will notice that you are presented with various options for candidates to check in or submit their timesheets. Understanding these options is crucial for effective order management:
Daily Check-In and Check-Out: Candidates can log their daily working hours, mimicking the process of short-term shifts. This option is ideal for precise tracking of daily activities.
Weekly Submissions: Candidates have the flexibility to submit their timesheets on a weekly basis, streamlining administrative processes and reducing the frequency of data entry.
Bi-Weekly Submissions: Similar to weekly submissions but extended to a bi-weekly cycle, allowing candidates to report their hours every two weeks.
Monthly Submissions: Candidates can opt to submit timesheets on a monthly basis, providing an efficient method for those seeking longer intervals between reporting.
Flexible Submission: For orders where the timing of submissions is not critical, this option permits candidates to submit timesheets without adhering to a specific timeframe.
Admin-Initiated Submission: To submit timesheets on behalf of a candidate from the Admin platform, navigate to the candidate's account and access the schedule tab. Click on "List" and select "Add Timesheets." Timesheets will be automatically generated. If necessary, you can make adjustments to the time in and out and then submit the timesheets.
Candidate-Initiated Submission: Candidates can independently submit their timesheets following a similar process. From their candidate dashboard, all they need to do is click on the Schedule tab β List β Add timesheets (adjust if necessary) β Submit.
