If ever you’re settling your WOLF invoice and it doesn’t appear to be going through, don’t worry! One of the steps below should solve the problem.
ACH:
First, reach out to your bank to uncover any issue with the transaction.
Deactivate and re-add the same payment method.
Add a different payment method (bank acc or Cc)
Credit Card:
Double check that all of your information was entered correctly
Contact your credit card company to uncover any issue with the transaction
Check to make sure you’re not over your card limit
Check if your card is expired
