There may rarely be cases where a shift can’t be found on an invoice. Not to worry, there is a quick and easy solution!

If a shift doesn’t seem to appear on any of the client’s invoices (including those that are in drafts or in Pending Categorization), all you need to do is check to ensure that the accounting entry is on both the candidate side and the client side. If the entry can be found on only one side, locate the timesheet for that shift and reconcile it with accounting by clicking on the refresh button that’s found at the bottom of the timesheet.

If the accounting entry was found on both sides, just click on the View button beside the entry on the client's side once or twice if need be, and it should appear on the client’s drafted invoice. If the invoice that should have had that shift was finalized before reconciliation, then a new draft invoice should be created for that shift.
