You may want to offer varied rates to candidates within a single order. Well guess what, you can do just that!

There are two ways to do this. First, you can ensure that the specific candidate whose rate you want to be different from the standard job type pay rate, has a custom rate attached to that job type on their account. Ensure that the custom rate for the candidate was added before the order was placed for it to apply for that order.

Alternatively, you can edit the candidate’s timesheet to add the rate if you did not add it before the order was placed.

To set a custom rate for a candidate, navigate to their profile and click on the tab that says Interview. Find the job type for which you wish to give them a custom rate, and add it!

Bear in mind that there can only be one (1) bill rate per order but more than 1 pay rate.
