Your Internal team is notified whenever a new candidate has applied to a shift. This is useful as it keeps you informed of changes happening within your client’s order, and it allows for speedy assignment of candidates by your team.

With that being said, there is also the option to disable this notification if you want to decrease the volume of notifications you receive.
