It is very important to identify when a candidate has dropped a shift they were hired to complete! This information is especially important to ensure that the shift is filled by someone else, and that your client’s request is being fulfilled.

From your Admin dashboard, you can easily identify when a candidate has dropped a shift. You will notice that the notification is flagged, in order to communicate urgency and high priority.

If a candidate has dropped and you click on the notification icon on your admin dashboard, you will see a red flag beside the notification title that there was a candidate cancellation.
