Communication between candidates and your Internal team has been made easier!

If you utilize Intercom, it can be configured to be accessible in-app. All you need to do is provide us with the api keys for both android and iOS, as well as the appID. To retrieve this information, navigate to Intercom —> Settings —> Installation —> iOS

—> Android, copy the relevant data and share it with us.

Once configured, all a candidate needs to do is open the app, click More, which is the first icon to the bottom right hand corner of the screen, and then click on the Help Center. This will open Intercom and candidates can start a conversation or review your knowledge base.
