Candidate account entries are created when hours are approved, when a manual payment or debit has been created, and when payment for hours worked is received.

Client account entries are created when an order has been completed and candidate hours are approved, when a payment /line item is manually created and based on the cancellation policy, when there has been a cancellation that falls outside of the free cancellation window.
