If your platform uses Twilio for text notifications, you will want to ensure that your account is registered correctly.
Every Twilio account should have a customer profile, which should have an associated brand profile.
Each brand profile should have a mixed campaign. A campaign is the use case for sending messages.
Finally, each campaign should have an associated phone number.
Let’s look at just how to set this up.

Select “Direct Consumer”
Submit your profile for review – keep in mind that verification may take up to 24 hours.
