You and your internal team or your client may have placed an order and later wanted to adjust the pay rate for a specific candidate. Bear in mind, after a client makes an order live, they no longer have the ability to edit the pay rate, however, your Internal team can.
Let’s take a look at the different ways this can be done.
Mission’s wholesome View.
Navigate to Mission and locate the candidate whose rate you’d like to update. You can also filter by date, job type, client etc which makes it easier to locate the shift or candidate. When you’ve found it, click on the action item “More” and then select “Info”. This will open a pop up where you can go in and adjust the pay rate to your liking. Enter the updated rate then click outside the box and the information will be saved. This will be reflected on the order and within the candidate’s profile under “Activities”.
2. Accounting → Hour Approvals
You're also able to adjust the candidate’s pay rate from the Accounting tab, by navigating to Accounting → Hour Approvals, and locating the order you would like to adjust. Under each order you’ll see a timesheet to the right of the candidates name, if you click on it, a broader view of the timesheet will appear and you will have the ability to adjust the pay rate accordingly.
3. Within the Order itself
Navigate to Orders and locate the order in which needs to be adjusted, ensuring that you’re under the Hired tab. Locate the candidate whose rate you need to edit and click on the Info tab to adjust it.
