You (the Internal team) may want certain candidate information to be visible to clients, only after the candidate has been hired for a shift and not before.
To do this, first navigate to Client Experience → Information Exchange and Privacy → Candidate Profile Information Visible to clients, and add packets to the list of items that’s visible to clients if it’s not already there. This will allow clients to view packets containing all candidate information that needs to be visible after they are assigned to a shift.
Secondly, navigate to Custom Fields and Data, create a new form and add all the custom data questions that you’d like to be visible to clients, put that form into a packet and then set its trigger to manual. Now, when a candidate is assigned to a shift, the client will be able to see all the necessary information that’s been added to the packet.
