Your internal team may want to allow candidates living in various countries to sign up on your platform, and access every custom question or form within the onboarding process. This is especially important for platforms that cater to remote work.

Let's take a look at:

  1. How to customize onboarding to be scoped based on country

  2. The reason some candidates may not be able to see certain onboarding forms.

Customizing onboarding to be scoped by country

If your internal team would like to customize your onboarding to be scoped by country, you can navigate to ConfigurationCountry and Languages → Primary Country. To allow onboarding to be set based on a particular country, then the option you’d choose is “Country based Onboarding”. If you’d like to have one single onboarding, meaning every candidate on the platform gets the same onboarding experience, irrespective of the country they’re in; then you’d select “Single Onboarding”.

Why can’t some candidates see certain onboarding forms?

If a candidate signs up and is unable to see forms that they need in order to successfully meet all onboarding requirements, this may be because your platform may have an adaptive onboarding process for different countries, which can be changed with this setting.
