What is Pending Clearance?

Pending Clearance is the minimum requirement for a jobseeker to show up in your platform’s workforce.

It enables your Internal teams’ platform to place candidates who haven’t met the minimum requirement in a centralized location where they are automatically reminded to provide required information that is outstanding. Candidates will remain in this location until they have uploaded the outstanding information. As soon as they have done so, they will be moved into pending evaluation, at which point your internal team would want to actually begin evaluating their profile. Once a candidate is cleared manually or automatically, they cannot be uncleared.

If you would like to enable Pending Clearance, please contact a member of the WOLF team.

Once the feature has been enabled by the WOLF team, your Internal team can navigate to ConfigurationCandidate Onboarding Set-up to adjust any configurations. Bear in mind that turning on Pending clearance would only affect future candidates signing up. Past candidates would not be impacted.

The frequency in which your platform follows up with candidates can also be configured. For example: do you want candidates to be reminded to upload their outstanding information for 30 days after they’ve signed up? By default candidates are prompted to upload outstanding information for the first 15 days. Bear in mind, the platform would follow up with candidates for missing information even if you do not have pending clearance enabled. If you would like to update the timeframe in which your platform reaches out to candidates, please reach out to the WOLF team.

Your Internal team would be able to see all pending items if they hover over the "Mark as cleared” button found in the pending clearance section of the workforce.

Candidates would see pending items on their homepage when there are no opportunities available. By going to their profile they would also be able see the list of pending items.
