The design of the job preference selection within candidate onboarding has been updated, if you are utilizing job groupings.
Candidates will now see two sections: Filter Category and Specialization. The candidate would be required to select a category of job and a specialization. For example, if your platform is in the healthcare industry, you may have nursing as a category and LPN as the job type or specialization.
If your platform doesn’t require grouping of job types then you will still see the previous design of only job types.
