Your Internal team has the ability to bulk update pay rates for all active and future orders of a particular job type! Additionally, the pay rate for all candidates who have applied for shifts related to these orders will be updated. It is also important to note that rates can only be adjusted upwards and not downwards.

Any existing order or candidate with a pay rate higher than the current rate for the job type will not be impacted.

To bulk update the pay rate of a job type, navigate to Configuration → Services or Job types → Update → Rates. Below Pay rate there is an option to bulk update the pay rate. This option is only available to the owner of the platform and only applies to platforms that use the fixed take rate model.
