The platform follows up with candidates for them to upload outstanding documents, such as a resume if they did not upload one during initial onboarding.

Each candidate who has outstanding documents is sent a notification prompting them to complete the onboarding process by providing these items.

The frequency in which your platform follows up with candidates can be configured. For example: do you want candidates to be reminded to upload their documents for 30 days after they’ve signed up? By default candidates are prompted to upload the necessary documents within the first 15 days. If you would like to update this, you can share the necessary information with a member of the WOLF team and we’ll have it configured for you.

If a candidate neglects to upload the necessary documents even with the follow up, then you can just make the choice not to authorize them and they won't be notified about opportunities.
