If ever your clients or candidates need to subscribe or unsubscribe from a notification channel, they can do it from their own platforms.
Let's take a look at how a client would update their subscription status for text or email notifications.
From their dashboard they can navigate to Account and locate email or contact number. If they are already subscribed to this method of notification, they’ll see the option to unsubscribe on the right. If they are not subscribed, they will see the option to subscribe.
Now let’s look at how candidates can update their subscription status from their web platform.
From their dashboard, they can navigate to Settings → Profile and locate their email or phone number. If they are already subscribed, they’ll see the option to unsubscribe to the right. If they’re not subscribed, they’ll see the option to subscribe.
